4. Monitoring and Enforcement

1. Monitoring: We continuously monitor server performance and resource usage to ensure compliance with this policy.
2. Violation Notification: If your account exceeds fair usage limits or violates any terms of this policy, we will notify you via email and provide an opportunity to address the issue.
3. Action: If the issue is not resolved within a reasonable time frame, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, including but not limited to, limiting resource usage, suspending the account, or terminating the account.
