As a Customer Service Representative (L1), your primary responsibilities will include assisting our clients via LiveChat and support tickets. We believe in providing a high-quality service rather than focusing on metrics, which is why we don’t set targets for the number of chats or tickets handled. To ensure that our clients receive exceptional support and our team isn’t overwhelmed, we hire frequently and maintain a manageable workload of 1-3 chats at a time.
Qualifications and Skills:
- At least 18 months of experience working in the web hosting industry.
- In-depth knowledge of cPanel/WHM.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong motivation to grow technical skills.
- Experience in troubleshooting Linux servers and applications (CentOS, CloudLinux).
- Familiarity with WordPress and other open-source CMS platforms is a plus.
- Understanding of core web hosting services (PHP, MySQL, FTP, DNS, sFTP, SSH, mod_sec).
- Patience and perseverance to provide exceptional technical support to non-technical users through LiveChat and ticketing systems.
