As a Customer Service Representative (L1), your primary responsibilities will include assisting our clients via LiveChat and support tickets. We believe in providing a high-quality service rather than focusing on metrics, which is why we don’t set targets for the number of chats or tickets handled. To ensure that our clients receive exceptional support and our team isn’t overwhelmed, we hire frequently and maintain a manageable workload of 1-3 chats at a time.
Responsibilities:

Provide real-time technical assistance via chat, email, and support tickets.

Troubleshoot common issues related to web hosting, domain setup, cPanel, WordPress, SSL, etc.

Guide users in deploying websites, configuring emails, and using control panels.

Escalate unresolved issues to senior tech team with detailed documentation.

Maintain clear, polite, and professional communication at all times.
Requirements:

Must be female with a strong technical academic background (BCA, CSIT, BE Computer, or similar).

Basic understanding of web hosting, DNS, domain management, cPanel, etc.

Good written communication in English and Nepali.
